Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Type of Employment: Full-time 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Monthly Gross Salary: ₱ 16,000 - ₱ 24,000


The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for the success of our growing company. You will handle the diverse administrative needs of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.


Key Responsibilities

Office Management: 

  • Maintain general office organization and cleanliness
  • Manage and order office supplies and equipment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any facility or vendor communications


Communication Support: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages.
  • Monitor company email and respond to general inquiries or direct communications to the appropriate departments.
  • Draft and format correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.


Logistics and Travel: 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements for staff.


Data Management: 

  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Update and manage client and contact databases.


Project Assistance: 

  • Assist in compiling information and conducting research for projects.
  • Aid in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or office setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in any technical area related to our services (e.g., project management, data analytics, business process improvement) is a plus. 

  



Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Type of Employment: Full-time 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Occasional work-from-home)

Monthly Gross Salary: ₱ 18,000 - ₱ 30,000


The Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team and support our efforts in building brand awareness, generating leads, and promoting our valuable consulting services. You'll work collaboratively to implement marketing strategies and bring fresh ideas to the table.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing 

  • Assist with managing social media accounts, creating content, and monitoring engagement.
  • Help maintain and update company website content.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.


Market Research & Analysis 

  • Conduct market research to help identify target audiences and industry trends.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to track campaign performance.


Content Creation 

  • Assist in developing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Help with the creation of blog posts, articles, and other thought leadership pieces.


Event Support 

  • Aid in the planning and execution of webinars, workshops, or industry events
  • Coordinate logistics and manage promotional materials for events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing role or internships with relevant exposure
  • Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and website content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM concepts.
  • Interest in the technology and business consulting sectors.
